The file is a pdf file which you can open with Adobe Reader. It's already installed on most computers.

If for some reason you don't have it on your computer click on this link:

where you can download it and install it.

If you want to copy the list to your computer do the following. When you have opened the document simply click on 'file' and then 'save a copy'. You can see this in the image below.

It's important to specify where you want to save it or you may not be able to find it. A handy place to save it initially is to your 'Desktop'.
